OK i think i've figured out the problem--i was using safari--which doesn't have the same icons--and may not support the shortcut for links
so. . .. let's see if this works
keeping my fingers crossed
This is our first actual booking--after quite a few exciting ups and downs
we are very excited--hope you all think it looks good
kevin has approved the location
we are SO CLOSE to having the others booked
we'll keep you "posted" (oooh blogging puns)

clearly i didn't do it right--and now i can't figure out how to edit my own post!!!!
I'll keep at it--i WILL make this work
in the meantime, folks, your experience of trying to find out where the first booking is is similare to our experience of trying to make the first booking!
