FYI, The Queen of Tarts is apparently THE place to go for cakes and pastries! It comes up in every review I read about Dublin. It certainly fits with our DIM nicknames derived from royalty, queens, princesses, and viziers!! And it seems to be about a block from the Parliament Street apartment! Sounds like a GREAT meeting/eating place!!

The Queen of Tarts is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week. If you don't have the time to sit in this cosy café, you can avail of the take-away cakes (€19-25) or the individual tarts (€3.10).
